To achieve the full Level 10 for all three of Dehya’s Talents, you will need Teachings of Praxis 9, Guide to Praxis 63, and Philosophies of Praxis 114. You must obtain entry to the Steeple of Ignorance, a Domain on the western side of Chatrakam Cave, to cultivate Teachings, Guide, or Philosophies of Praxis for Dehya in Genshin Impact. This landmark can be located north of Sumeru City, the center of the Sumeru region. You do not need to complete any necessary questlines or challenges if you have not yet unlocked this Domain. Travel westward to the tiny island ridge and cross the wooden bridge to the north before making your way to the western river bank of Chatrakam Cave from Sumeru City’s northern entry Waypoint.

In Genshin Impact, there are rewards for passing the Tower of Ignorance. You must beat the numerous Ruin Automatons in the Domain’s various degrees of mastery to clear the Steeple of Ignorance and obtain your Teachings of Praxis in Genshin Impact. At the greatest stage, you will be pitted against a Ruin Drake: Earthguard and a Ruin Drake: Skywatch.
